The Marshall Fire devastated hundreds of families in the Boulder, Colorado area, burning approximately 6,000 acres with just over 1,000 homes lost. Several of our local communities have guest suites available. Our guest suites have furniture, linens, towels, pots and pans, etc. These Colorado guest suites are waiving their nightly fee for two-night stays.

Residents of Lincoln Property Company communities can choose to donate portions of their referral bonuses to fire victims, and the apartment communities are matching portions of those donations.
