Assistance Program for Marshall Fire Victims

The Marshall Fire devastated hundreds of families in the Boulder, Colorado area, burning approximately 6,000 acres with just over 1,000 homes lost. Lincoln Property Company wants to help those affected by the fires in need. If you or someone you know needs a home for a few nights or for a few months, please reach out to us. We are here to help.

Short-Term Housing Assistance

Several of our local communities have guest suites available. Our guest suites have furniture, linens, towels, pots and pans, etc. These Colorado guest suites are waiving their nightly fee for two-night stays.

Residents of Lincoln Property Company communities can choose to donate portions of their referral bonuses to fire victims, and the apartment communities are matching portions of those donations. If you are a resident at a Lincoln Property Company community in Colorado, please reach out to your community’s Business Manager for more information.
