On Tuesday, June 15th, Fred Chaney was recognized with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the AAGD (Apartment Association of Greater Dallas) Officer & Board Installation Meeting at the Westin Galleria in front of 350 attendees comprising of over 60 Lincoln Property Company employees. Karen Tepera, the outgoing AAGD President, recognized Fred for his contributions to our industry over the past 40 years and his dedication to Lincoln Property Company over the last 35 years. Fred was welcomed with a long standing ovation by the crowd to deliver his acceptance speech.

Fred was described as, “A true visionary for our industry! Many of us in the industry today should thank him for what he’s done for the industry and made this such a rewarding and professional career.”
