Employees of Lincoln Property Company completed a survey administered by an independent research firm regarding a variety of aspects of the work lifestyle at the company. Survey questions polled employee opinion and asked them to rate LPC’s work environment, innovations, office culture, potential for personal growth, and employee recognition. All of these factors are considered to contribute to a healthy work life and keep employees satisfied with their commitment to the company, so receiving high ratings in these categories helped. The results of the surveys from LPC’s employees have given the company a ranking in the elite group of North Texas companies.
