Main Street Village is the new home to LPC’s first Apartment CARES Team in California!

Partnered with Apartment Life, Main Street Village wanted to expand their community social events calendar and raise camaraderie and friendship among residents in an effort to create a strong sense of community. To achieve this, a new and dynamic CARES Team was coupled with the community and worked together to implement a new CARES program. The Cares TEAM has been working diligently to create new and exciting events, meet current residents, and welcome new residents to the Main Street Village neighborhood and lifestyle. In April, hosted community events included Game Night, Egg Hunt, Meat & Greet BBQ, and a prime Sushi & Sake event. We’re excited to see what new and interesting events the May calendar will hold!
