Henry Ford once said, “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, either way you’re right.” This is a powerful message that shows that the expectations you have for yourself and those around you really do impact the results that you will get. LPC always had a mission statement that spoke to our 3 part audience – residents, employees and business partners, but we never put to paper the core values that make up our company. When looking at our newly published core values of the value of people, investing in knowledge and investing in the future, I see that LPC really “thinks we can”. We truly understand that our business is all about people – our residents, our employees and our business partners!
