In every Lincoln community, we strive to provide a happy and comfortable “third place” for you, our neighbors. A third place is where you can enjoy the time outside of your home and work space. Being a resident at an LPC community means so much more than simply residing in one of our apartment homes–it means you’re our neighbor! From stopping by a special event to casual meetings in the community lounge, we want you to be a part of something bigger than yourself. For 2017, our goal is to help build and strengthen the LPC sense of community for both our new and long-time neighbors.
Every season, we will be celebrating with themed events and coordinating hashtags. We’ll share tips, photos, and more…but we want you to get involved, too. Use the hashtags below and we might repost your photo on our Facebook or Instagram! Here are a few examples to inspire you in the upcoming months:
Winter (#LPCWinterChill) – Send us your shots of staff making snowmen or a cozy couch setup in a neighbor’s apartment.
Spring (#LPCSpringForward) – Share a picture of sunny skies and pretty flowers in the community to celebrate the spring season!
Summer (#LPCEndlessSummer) – Whether it’s a pool party or a fun barbecue, show us how staff and neighbors are making the most of the warmer weather.
Fall (#LPCFallIsGolden) – Use this tag to show off the fun fall activities taking place in the community, such as a Halloween event at the property or a friendsgiving feast with neighbors.
In addition to creating a welcoming space for you to connect with other members in the community, we also want to stay connected with you via social media. Every month, we will feature a “Neighbor of the Month” so we can share stories about the experiences of some of our LPC neighbors. Also, be sure to capture any memorable LPC moments at events or just around your community and share them using one of the special hashtags below.
