#LPCFoodieFriday is back and we can’t wait to see what’s on the menu for our Lincoln residents. Once again, we’re asking residents to share their favorite dishes on social media for a chance to win a $50 gift card.

Mushroom Tacos

We can’t wait to see what exciting flavors come through in these mushroom tacos from Love and Lemons. Whether you’re celebrating Taco Tuesday or just another weekly meal, you will not be disappointed by this innovative take on a Mexican classic. This plant-based meal involves brushing portobello mushrooms with adobo sauce and then pairing with avocado salsa and pickled red onions. Add a squeeze of lime, mix up a margarita, and enjoy!

Smashburger

We all have our burger preferences. For those who prefer thin, griddled patties—this recipe is for you. Be sure to cook until it’s crispy and browned and then press thinly sliced onions into the meat. For the final steps, flip the burger, top with cheese, and wait until it’s fully melted to serve.
